Our next steps.

Funds for initial development of the patent-pending NOVACC device are being raised currently.

To date, the inventor has personally funded NOVACC in order to expedite development, resulting in movement from the initial idea to the current stage in less than six months.

  • An advisory team representing subject matter experts in all areas critical to the development of this device is already in place.

  •  With the concept having been vetted, drawings produced, provisional patent protection approved and prototype being produced, there remain pending approvals and costs. This includes NIOSH/FDA approval along with the non-provisional patent application (to be submitted after prototype within the one year provisional patent period, October 2022).

  • Additional costs include incorporation, website development, marketing, distribution and the creation of the production ready prototype, among others.
